We will always consult with our clients during this phase as to any concerns or questions you may have so as to tailor our service to fit your needs.

Thirdly - Perform the initial treatment:
With a plan of action that best suits the needs of the client; the Heartland technician will then service the home or facility and eliminate the pest problem using the latest technology and techniques available.

Lastly - Maintaining Control
Once we have preformed our initial service, Heartland will insure that the pest problem is taken care completely through ongoing maintenance. We never want your pest control concerns to extend pass a phone call to us. After that, we’ll take care of it.

We at Heartland do not believe in selling work that doesn’t need to be done nor will we force our customers to sign an extended contract for service when one or two applications would be all that is needed to solve a problem.

With this in mind Heartland offers One-time services to customers who have a specific problem but don’t require ongoing maintenance service. We will send a trained and certified technician to you home or business to assess and treat your problem. We guarantee this service for 90 days. If you continue to have a problem with the pest that we came to service anytime with in 90 days of us being there, Heartland will return at no additional cost to you and ensure the elimination of your pest problem.
