We at Heartland do not believe in selling work that doesn’t need to be done nor will we force our customers to sign an extended contract for service when one or two applications would be all that is needed to solve a problem.

With this in mind Heartland offers One-time services to customers who have a specific problem but don’t require ongoing maintenance service. We will send a trained and certified technician to you home or business to assess and treat your problem. We guarantee this service for 90 days. If you continue to have a problem with the pest that we came to service anytime with in 90 days of us being there, Heartland will return at no additional cost to you and ensure the elimination of your pest problem.                         Termite Inspections:

Home Inspections for Wood destroying Insects:  Free. 

If a report is needed there is a $35.00 charge.

Termite Treatments:

 

The Cost will vary, it depends on what type of foundation such as, Slab,Block, Poured or Basement.

                        Pre-treatment or Barrier:

Depends on size of area, usually around $200.
